- HR Systems & Processes: Lead the charge in developing and refining systems that keep their HR operations running smoothly across the entire business.
- Manager Support: Be the go-to person for managers on all HR-related matters—from documentation and administration to recruitment and disciplinary actions.
- Compliance & Updates: Own the staff handbook, ensuring it’s always up-to-date and compliant with the latest regulations.
- Training Management: Keep the team’s training records in tip-top shape, ensuring all mandatory training is completed and relevant.
- Executive Team Support: Provide essential administrative support to the executive team, including Board operations. You’ll assist with meetings, document distribution, decision recording, and more.
- Project Assistance: Help managers stay on track with business projects by managing timelines, activities, and Gantt charts.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Organise everything from meetings and travel to events and trade fairs, ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly.
- Reception & Call Handling: Occasionally step in to support the wider business with reception duties and call management.
Your Work Environment: You’ll have the opportunity to interact with all departments across multiple sites, ensuring your work is varied and impactful. Discretion and confidentiality are key, as you’ll be trusted with sensitive information.
