If so, I have an exciting leadership opportunity for you as a Quality Supervisor!

About the Role:

In this hands-on, senior role, you will lead and shape the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that products consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. This is your chance to take on more responsibility and make a real impact on quality processes both internally and with our third-party suppliers.

You will collaborate closely with design and manufacturing teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining top-tier quality standards throughout the entire production process. Your expertise will be key in ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality in everything we produce.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Manage the QMS: Build, implement, and manage quality standards that cover everything from product design through to production.

Collaborate with Teams: Work directly with the design team, including the Head Designer and Garment Technologist, to set and elevate quality standards. Ensure production teams fully understand and adhere to these standards.

Monitor Quality Control: Oversee quality performance at the factory and with third-party suppliers. Ensure effective QC checks that help us achieve the ‘Right First Time’ (RFT) target of 95%.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance product quality and streamline production processes. Lead change initiatives in collaboration with the Continuous Improvement (CI) FLM.

Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all production and development documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with quality standards.

Training & Development: Assess, approve, and train team members, ensuring clear records of competence and fostering a culture of growth.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance, ideally in textile or knitwear manufacturing (though other industries will also be considered).
  • Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
