Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a fantastic team, ensuring accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
  • Oversee stock management, including receiving deliveries, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Ensure safe handling of garments and products, with a strong focus on quality control.
  • Be the go-to person for logistics support, including driving the company van to pick up finished products and managing trade waste disposal.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing packing lists and commercial invoices, and keeping stock systems up to date.
  • Support with retail and trade events as required, representing the team with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or stock management is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for accuracy and product quality.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using stock management systems and dispatch tools.
  • Desirable: Forklift/counterbalance licence, knowledge of the textile industry, or experience with handheld scanning technology is a bonus.
