Moira Recruitment is a relationship-led recruitment and employability consultancy based in the Scottish Borders, supporting local businesses to find the right people and individuals to access meaningful employment.

With over 20 years’ experience across the public, private and third sectors, I bring a practical understanding of both employer needs and candidate readiness. My background spans recruitment, employability and workforce development, which means I don’t just focus on filling vacancies. I focus on creating the right fit for long-term success.

My Experience

I work closely with employers across a range of sectors, taking the time to understand their business, culture and hiring needs. This allows me to identify candidates who not only meet the role requirements, but are also well suited to the organisation.

Alongside recruitment, I have extensive experience supporting individuals into work, having helped more than 800 people secure employment over the course of my career. This gives me valuable insight into both the barriers people can face and what employers are really looking for.
