Qualifications

Qualifications

Health & Safety Expertise: Proven expertise in health and safety management, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
NEBOSH Certification: Required, with additional qualifications such as IOSH or similar being advantageous.
Occupational Health and Safety Training: Strong skills in developing and delivering comprehensive safety training programs.
Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to influence and inspire others to maintain high safety standards.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and ISO45001 standards.
Risk Assessment Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively assess and mitigate workplace risks.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
