Are you an experienced Management Accountant, or perhaps a part-qualified or experienced finance professional ready to step up into a management accounting role?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global manufacturing business where you’ll play a key part in reporting, cost control, and performance analysis — helping to drive smarter decisions across production and operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Producing cost and variance analysis on materials, labour, and overheads
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitoring stock, WIP, and margin performance
• Assisting with cash flow management and capital expenditure tracking
• Working closely with operational teams to identify efficiency improvements

What they’re looking for

• Experience in a management accounting, assistant management accounting, or cost accounting role
• Ideally CIMA / ACCA part-qualified, AAT Level 4, or qualified by experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident using Excel and ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Sage, NetSuite, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
