Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you should have:

At least 5 years of experience in the paper industry or a similar process-driven environment.
HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience in team leadership and management.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
A passion for achieving and maintaining quality excellence.

Bonus Skills (Desirable but not Essential):

Knowledge of PLC programming.
Experience with HV switching (up to 11kv) and VSDs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software.
